Chest to Bar
Started off with some solid fundamental movements to get the shoulders nice and loose. It has been 3 weeks+ since I have been in the box and we now have a nice set of monkey rings in place. The best thing is that they are high. In other words when I am on them and stretch out my feet are about 5" off the floor. LOVE IT! Felt like a kid again doing them. We did just 1 circuit (~30') and I went last thinking that I would not be able to do them. I waited until the person in front of me had about 4 bars to go then I went and funny enough I caught up with her. I even had to hang and wait a few seconds. I am definitely going to try to do a round per visit. Always great to let the kid out.
A good one to get back into things. Went with 95# which felt good. Completed my reps in sets of 7 then 5 then 5/4. I picked a good solid weight to keep me moving. Could have gone lighter it would have had to go in smaller set schemes. Form was solid on first two rounds then the wheels fell off. Depth is good it my bar is moving too much. Last rep was one where I tried to drop as fast as possible to count it a rep.
Did my Chest to Bars with the green band. Completed in sets of 3 primarily.
Cardio is very weak overall. I need to get with it. Gassed and end of WOD finishing in 15:30.
